Hi, I’m Mel Roberts, thanks for visiting the site and your interest.​

I founded Evol in early 2023, at that time I’d spent over 30 years building a successful corporate career, which had seen me lead global teams, and gain broad experience in large corporate brands like Boots and Specsavers.

I’d had a wonderful time, developed and grown, lived and worked overseas, experienced amazing things and met fantastic people, but I wanted new purpose and change for what I called my 3rd age career, it was time to evolve and grow again.​

I’m an accountant by background, it’s my commercial backbone. But my career and experience is in operational improvement and transformation. Often working with smaller business units which were strategically important, but underdeveloped and utilised. This later developed into my great love for supporting SMEs.​

What drives me is people, and over time I learnt that people and leadership are the driving forces of organisational growth. So I created Evol, to support people to be their best, whether we are working to drive improvement in their business or working individually to build knowledge or overcome seIf limiting beliefs.
